Requirements
University students undertaking a bachelor's degree program in their 3rd, 4th, or final year; Available for the entire 3-month period of the internship; Passion for human resources and organizational development; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Basic understanding of HR principles and practices; Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
