• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the company’s existing in-house software platform. • Develop, test, and deploy new software features and enhancements based on company requirements. • Work with the existing WAMP-based system architecture (Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP). • Manage and maintain backend databases using MySQL and PHPMyAdmin. • Improve system performance, reliability, security, and user experience for internal teams as well as clients • Identify bugs, implement fixes, and ensure continuous software availability. • JavaScript • Bootstrap 4 • Experience working with WAMP Server environments. • Understanding of database design and management. • Knowledge of networking concepts and cybersecurity best practices. • Ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Good communication skills with the ability to train non-technical users. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into software solutions. • Interest in learning about the insurance industry and improving operational workflows through technology.
