• Represent the organization on behalf of senior management in addressing conservation and community issues. • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior DNPW and government officials. • Engage with community stakeholders, including traditional leaders, Community Resource Boards (CRBs), and local residents. • Conduct extensive fieldwork to monitor and mitigate illegal activities within the GMA. • Provide clear, accurate, and timely reporting on field conditions and stakeholder engagements. • Collect and analyze data relevant to conservation priorities. • Facilitate effective communication between management, government, and community partners. • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in government or community liaison. • Demonstrated experience working in rural areas with NGOs or government institutions in Zambia. • Extensive fieldwork experience, including camping and working in areas with limited connectivity. • Valid driving license.
