• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, procurement, employment, and regulatory matters. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MoUs; oversee contract compliance. • Represent the Corporation in courts, tribunals, and arbitration; manage litigation and dispute resolution. • Provides subsidiary board secretarial support, including drafting work plans, agendas, notices, and resolutions. • Protect and manage intellectual property rights; ensure compliance with data protection and digital regulations. • Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate with at least five (5)merits including English and Mathematics. • LLB degree and admission as Advocate of the High Court of Zambia with a valid Legal Practicing Certificate. • Membership in the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ). • Master’s in Law is an advantage.
