Job Description
Responsible for processing and recording all outgoing payments accurately and timely. This includes verifying invoices, preparing payment vouchers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The role involves maintaining vendor records, reconciling accounts payable ledgers, and coordinating with procurement and finance teams to resolve discrepancies. Additionally, the position may require preparing month-end accruals and assisting with financial reporting for audits.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent; Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable; Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
