• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies. • Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels. • Capture and share farmer success stories, company activities, and project impacts. • Support branding, events, campaigns, and promotional activities. • Create marketing materials, presentations, and digital content. • Support stakeholder communication and brand visibility. • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, Business Administration (Marketing option), or related fields. • Experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or content creation will be an added advantage. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong storytelling and content creation abilities. • Basic graphic design skills. • Photography and videography skills. • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. • Passion for agriculture, entrepreneurship, and community impact.
