Lodge Attendant

We are seeking a responsible and professional Lodge Attendant to join our team in Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of lodge services, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and assisting with daily lodge activities. Key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries and requests, maintaining clean and orderly lodge facilities, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills to create a positive guest experience.

Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) or equivalent; Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service; Strong communication skills in English and Swahili; Ability to work in a team and independently; Basic computer literacy; Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays; Physical fitness to perform duties such as lifting and moving items.
