Training and Curriculum Designer
Job Description
To design and develop competency-based training programmes and instructional materials that support adult learning, enhance knowledge transfer, and strengthen programme capacity through effective learning solutions. The role involves creating and adapting training materials for adult learners and rural communities, developing facilitator guides, participant manuals, and visual learning resources. Additionally, the position requires supporting Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes, evaluating and improving training content using participant feedback, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals to enhance knowledge transfer and programme capacity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; experience in curriculum development and instructional design; familiarity with adult learning principles and competency-based education; ability to adapt materials for diverse audiences; strong communication and collaboration skills; experience with Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes is an advantage.
