Job Description
The IT Officer will oversee the IT infrastructure of the Sacco, including hardware, software, and network systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing user accounts, ensuring system security, and providing IT support to staff and members.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network management. Proficiency in hardware maintenance, software installation, and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills.
