Biomedical Engineer

The Biomedical Engineer is responsible for supporting the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical management of biomedical equipment. The role involves ensuring medical devices operate safely and efficiently, providing technical support, conducting equipment inspections, and assisting healthcare facilities with biomedical engineering solutions. Key responsibilities include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing biomedical equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards; performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and availability; conducting equipment inspections, testing, calibration, and performance verification; providing technical support and guidance to healthcare staff on the proper operation and handling of medical equipment; maintaining accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service activities; identifying technical issues and coordinating solutions to minimize equipment downtime; ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements for biomedical equipment operations; and preparing technical reports and documentation related to equipment servicing and maintenance.

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from a recognized university or college; women are strongly encouraged to apply; 0 years and above of work experience; skills in Health/Medical sector.
