• Responsible for guiding teachers, monitoring classroom delivery, ensuring adherence to project standards, • Facilitate communication between schools, communities, and zonal coordinators. • Regular supervision, facilitation visits, data collection, and reporting to strengthen teaching quality and student learning outcomes, • Support effective coordination of resources and stakeholder engagement at the local level. • Work closely with school directors, Woreda education offices, teachers, Parent-Teacher Student Associations (PTSAs), and community leaders to ensure the success of educational initiatives. • Organize activities for teachers, facilitators, and local partners to enhance educational practices. • Experience working closely with government institutions • Fluency in English, Amharic, and local Language • Has skills in writing reports and experience in report writing • MA/ BA/BED in Education, and related fields, with 3 years of experience in NGO work
