• Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, commissioning, and repair of OBK drilling and exploration equipment, covering hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems. • Broad understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies tailored to mining and exploration contexts. • Ability to interpret detailed OEM manuals, technical drawings, hydraulic schematics, electrical diagrams, and service bulletins with accuracy. • Proven skills in fault-finding and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to diagnose and resolve equipment failures with sustainable corrective actions. • A relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Heavy Equipment, Mining, Industrial, or related Engineering disciplines. • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the maintenance and field service of mining, drilling, or exploration equipment, preferably specific to OBK products. • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites in remote or challenging locations.
