Digital Operation Director

Digaf Microcredit Providers S.C. is seeking an exceptional, high-performing professional to lead its Digital Operations function. The successful candidate will drive digital lending operations, digital service delivery, and agent banking operations while developing innovative and scalable approaches to acquire, source, and serve customers through digital and field channels. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize digital lending and digital operations. Manage and inspire Digital Loan Officers (DLOs) and digital operations teams to consistently achieve business targets. Develop innovative customer acquisition, sourcing, and market penetration strategies to accelerate business growth. Build, manage, and continuously improve high-performing digital sales and customer acquisition teams. Monitor operational performance, customer experience, and service quality. Drive continuous process improvement, operational excellence, and digital innovation. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage). Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and at least 2 years in a senior supervisory or managerial position. Direct hands-on experience in Digital Financial Services (DFS) is mandatory, including digital lending, digital banking, fintech, agent banking, mobile financial services, or digital payments. Proven experience in building, leading, and scaling digital sales, customer acquisition, or field sales teams is mandatory.
