Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of Mercury Hampton Ltd. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial health, optimizing financial performance, and providing strategic guidance to the executive team. This role involves leading a team of finance professionals, implementing robust financial systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CFO will play a key role in driving business growth, managing investor relations, and supporting key business decisions with accurate financial insights.

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent); Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Finance Director or CFO; Strong strategic planning and analytical skills; Excellent leadership and team management abilities; Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; Experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and risk management; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
