The Kenya School of Government (KSG) is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to serve as Lecturers in the field of Public Administration and Governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops to government officials and public sector employees. Key responsibilities include developing and updating course materials, conducting research on public administration trends, and providing mentorship to students. The role involves teaching both theoretical and practical aspects of public administration, governance, and policy implementation. Lecturers are expected to engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of emerging trends in the field. The position requires a strong commitment to public service and the ability to foster an inclusive learning environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field; Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory; PhD in Public Administration or Governance will be an added advantage; Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a university or tertiary institution; Proven experience in curriculum development and delivery; Strong research and publication record; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems; Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
