The ICT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of all ICT projects within the Co-operative Bank of Kenya. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful implementation of technology initiatives that align with the bank's strategic goals. The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in ICT project management; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an added advantage; proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects in the banking or financial services sector; strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall); proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello); excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; familiarity with banking software, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance in Kenya.
