• Advise on tendering requirements and specifications for hardware works • Develop O&M Plans and modules • Lead training of Village Management Committees, Care Takers and Pump Menders in O&M • Coordinate financial training and record keeping for VMCs’ O&M activities • Supervise project construction works • Advise the Project Committee and Programme Committee on technology standards to adopt and practices to apply • Excellent negotiation skills • Excellent report writing skills • Good communication skills • Good Facilitation skills • Excellent training skills • Good community engagement skills • Bachelor’s degree in Water Engineering preferably civil engineering • Must have at least a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in water and civil engineering • Must have proven water engineering experience in WASH projects with an international NGO
