• Diploma or Degree in Metallurgical Engineering/Material Science Engineering/Mining Engineering. • 3-5 years of experience in a gravity processing plant (tin, tungsten, tantalum) • Strong understanding of gravity separation principles and plant flowsheets. • Experience in supervision, safety leadership and production reporting. • Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word etc.) • Trustworthy and have sober habits • Basic mathematical and writing skills • Supervisory skills • Be able to work within a Team environment • Professionalism, Positive Attitude and Excellent communication skills at least in English.
