Partnerships and Reporting Associate
Job Description
The Partnerships, Communications, and Advocacy Unit of WFP Tanzania is responsible for mobilizing resources, strengthening partnerships, leading advocacy efforts, and coordinating reporting and communication activities to meet corporate and donor requirements. The job holder will contribute to the development and presentation of a clear, accurate, and consistent overview of WFP’s programme portfolio and results to inform decision-making. In parallel, the role will support the effective positioning of WFP with public, private, and external partners through high-quality reporting, analysis, and engagement, contributing to resource mobilization and strategic partnerships. The position involves leading the preparation and drafting of high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual donor and corporate reports, ensuring compliance with WFP standards and contractual obligations. The role also supports the effective positioning of WFP with stakeholders through high-quality reporting, analysis, and engagement, contributing to resource mobilization and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
Advanced Degree; Associate Degree; 2 Years of experience; Collaboration Skills; Communication Skills; Computer Skills; Leadership Skills; Problem-Solving Skills; Strong analytical and writing skills; Experience in report writing and donor engagement; Proficiency in English (additional languages are an asset); Commitment to WFP's values (Integrity, Collaboration, Commitment, Humanity, and Inclusion); Ability to work in a multicultural and inclusive environment.
