• Strong social media skills, including content planning, platform management, and familiarity with current trends on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. • Proficiency in content creation tools such as photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar). • Excellent written communication skills for clear, compelling, and brand-aligned captions, stories, and short copy. • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including brand positioning, audience targeting, and social media analytics. • Ability to shoot high-quality photos and videos on smartphones or cameras, with a good eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics. • Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars, deadlines, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Comfort working on-site at properties and in the office, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and design teams. • Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing (experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle brands is an advantage). • Fluency in English; knowledge of Amharic or additional local languages is beneficial. • Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
