Your core responsibility is to identify patterns, gaps and risks in care records, ensure procedures are followed, and escalate issues appropriately. What you will do Review daily care/progress notes and identify concerning patterns.Check care plans against documented practice, including:Mealtime/swallowing plansEpilepsy action plansBehaviour support plansMedication chartsMaintain incident and complaint registers.Draft regulatory notifications for approval.Prepare and maintain audit evidence.Conduct internal audits and identify compliance gaps.Handle overnight escalation calls: gather facts, document accurately and escalate to the appropriate clinical team.Develop clinical procedures, red-flag checklists and training materials.
