• Participating in incident investigations, identification of root causes, and implementation of corrective actions. • Conducting audits as per departmental procedures. • Implementing health and safety training interventions as per the departmental calendar. • Maintaining records such as inspection reports, medical surveillance records, and training records as per departmental requirements. • Liaising with external service providers on matters relating to occupational health and safety. • Compiling and maintaining accurate statistics and records as required by legislation. • Attending meetings as required by management. Qualifications and Experience • A Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent. • At least two years working experience in an Occupational Health and Safety role. • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally. • Ability to compile and analyse data and prepare clear concise reports. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Valid driver’s license Class C1. • Be flexible to work shifts.
