We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Customer Service Personnel (Waiter / Waitress - Onsite & Online) Location: Lekki Phase 2, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Description Responsible for delivering excellent customer service to guests both onsite and through online orders, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from order taking to service delivery. Responsibilities Welcome and attend to guests onsite in a friendly, professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders (onsite and online platforms) Serve orders promptly and ensure quality presentation Respond to online orders/inquiries and coordinate timely fulfillment Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to customers Handle customer complaints and escalate where necessary Process payments and ensure accurate billing Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining/service areas Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards Education Secondary school certificate (minimum); OND is an advantage Experience: 1–2 years' experience in customer service, waitering, or related hospitality role Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service orientation Multitasking and time management Basic computer/POS and online order platform proficiency Problem-solving skills Team collaboration Other Requirements: Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Neat, presentable appearance Patience and a positive attitude under pressure.
