• Full Grade 12 School Certificate. • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Science or equivalent. • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Quantity Surveying. • Valid Membership of the Zambia Institute of Quantity Surveyors. • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to multitask and work with minimum supervision. • Effective cost planning and control techniques. • Strong analytical skills. • Mature and courteous with professionalism and respect in all interactions. • Must be computer literate, preferably also in project management and predictive cost analytics software.
