• Conduct daily workplace, production area, warehouse, machinery, and factory inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and HSE non-compliance. • Monitor compliance with company EHS policies, procedures, safe work practices, and applicable statutory requirements. • Document inspection findings and prepare reports for management. • Follow up on identified hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented and effectively closed. • Identify workplace hazards and participate in risk assessments for different work activities and processes. • Recommend appropriate control measures based on the hierarchy of controls. • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented controls and recommend improvements where necessary. • Support Job Safety Analysis (JSA/JHA) and safe work procedure development. • Conduct daily or scheduled toolbox talks and safety briefings before work activities. • Conduct safety awareness sessions and campaigns for employees and contractors. • Promote positive safety behavior and encourage employees to report hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions. • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Safety Management, or a related field. • 3- 5 years of Relevant EHS/HSE experience in a manufacturing, industrial, construction, or factory environment will be an advantage. • NEBOSH certification is an added advantage.
