Re-Advertisement for Terms of Reference for the Development of Key Circular Training Curricula in Somalia

The consultancy firm is tasked with developing key circular training curricula focused on Plastic Recycling, Solid Waste Management, and Green Packaging in Somalia. The role involves conducting a regional diagnosis to review existing training resources within the East Africa TVET ecosystem, analyzing content relevance, pedagogical landscape, and market demands in Somalia. The consultant will create a curriculum matrix to guide the development of a custom-made, job-oriented Level One, CBET TVET curriculum. The deliverables include a detailed technical proposal (max 20 pages) outlining the scope of work, methodology, team composition, and key thematic sections of the curriculum. The consultant must adhere to Save the Children’s Code of Conduct and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Prior experience in designing job-oriented curricula for the Circular Economy; at least two similar previous contracts and/or LPOs from UN, INGOs, or Government; CVs for Technical Lead and key technical personnel detailing qualifications and experience from UN, INGOs, or Government; a technical proposal (max 20 pages) responding to the TOR, including scope of work, methodology, and team composition; compliance with Save the Children’s Code of Conduct and child safeguarding principles; sealed tender submission (do not send questions to email addresses as they will not be answered).
