Business Development Associates

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Alpine Security Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our security services portfolio. Key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify potential clients and market trends, developing and implementing business development strategies, preparing and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients, negotiating contracts and agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role; proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong negotiation and presentation skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to travel as required.
