27 Jul 2026 Engineer – Road Safety at Road Development Agency (RDA)
• Full Grade 12 School Certificate. • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Traffic Engineering from a recognized University. • Minimum of two (2) years post qualifying relevant experience in which one (1) year should be in Road Safety Audit or Geometric Design or traffic data analysis and/or the application of human factors to road environments. • Valid Membership of Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ), and Registered with Engineers’ Registration Board (ERB). • Good team player, possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact with fellow members of staff and external stakeholders at all levels. • Must be innovative with good planning skills with emphasis on outcomes. • Proficiency in using computer applications e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Ability to multitask and work with minimum supervision.
