• Deliver structured classroom-based training on heavy-duty equipment systems, including engines, hydraulics, powertrain, steering, braking, and suspension systems. • Design and develop detailed lesson plans covering core and advanced topics such as Diesel Engines, Hydraulic Systems, Powertrain & Drivetrain, Electrical and Electronic Systems, CANBUS, Diagnostics, Telematics, and Maintenance Management. • Translate technical content into practical, industry-relevant training aligned to operational requirements. • Continuously update training materials to reflect equipment advancements, OEM standards, and industry best practices. • Support development of laboratories and simulators. • Ensure regulatory and safety compliance. • Guide trainees in electrical, hydraulic and mechanical diagnostics. • Demonstrate use of diagnostic software and measurement equipment. • Supervise troubleshooting of electrical, hydraulics and mechanical systems. • Teach diagnostics and telematics principles and applications in OEM settings. • Maintain training records and support curriculum reviews and improvement. • Coordinate closely with workplace mentors to support on-the-job learning. • Participate in apprentice progress and review meetings. • Design and conduct formative and summative assessments. • Maintain accurate assessment and training records.
