• About The Position: The Nsumbu Tanganyika Conservation Programme (NTCP) is seeking a Nurse to support the health, safety, and well-being of rangers, staff, and their families. • Reporting to the Resource Protection Manager, the Nurse will deliver primary healthcare services, promote preventative health practices, support the operational readiness of rangers, and ensure effective coordination with the national health system. • Medicine & Medical Supply Management: Maintain inventory, ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of medications, monitor stock levels, and coordinate timely procurement in line with national and organisational regulations. • Your Profile Education & Licensing: Diploma or Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse) with a valid practicing license. • Experience: Minimum three years of clinical experience, preferably in remote or rural settings, with experience in occupational health, emergency care, or public health considered an advantage. • Training & Capacity Building: Demonstrated ability to deliver first aid training, run refresher courses, and build the capacity of frontline staff. • Salary: Competitive and based on experience and qualifications.
