• Develop hygiene promotion strategy • Develop a Sanitation Marketing Strategy • Identify and propose interventions for hygiene promotion in communities, schools and HCFs • Lead training of hygiene promoters, Community Champions, WASH Clubs and MHM Committees in participatory hygiene promotion approaches • Coordinate with the MEAL Officer to conduct school WASH mapping activities • Coordinate implementation of MHM and sanitation marketing activities • Monitor and document adoption of positive hygiene behaviour • Good communication skills especially interpersonal skills • Excellent facilitation skills • Exposure to participatory community engagement approaches • Knowledge child protection policies and practices • Excellent Reporting skills • Good Engagement Skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health with experience in applying participatory health and hygiene education approaches. • Must have at least a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in hygiene promotion and behaviour change interventions with an international NGO
