Agri Finance Specialist

The Agri Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing financial aspects related to agricultural projects and initiatives within Vodacom. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies to support agri-finance programs, analyzing financial data to assess project viability, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with agricultural objectives, preparing financial reports for stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth in agri-finance initiatives. The specialist will also monitor market trends and provide recommendations to enhance the financial performance of agricultural projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, agri-finance, or a similar role; strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of agricultural sector trends and financial instruments; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software; strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; certification in CFA, ACCA, or CPA is a plus.
