Senior System Administrator
Job Description
Manage and maintain the Bank’s online banking systems. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of online banking applications. Ensure the security, reliability, and regulatory compliance of digital banking platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and implement upgrades. Provide guidance and training to IT staff on best practices for system administration. Monitor system health, perform regular backups, and ensure disaster recovery procedures are in place.
Requirements
BSc Degree in Information Technology or a related field; Master’s Degree in an IT-related field is an added advantage; Professional IT certifications are an added advantage; Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT and digital banking; Strong knowledge of online banking systems, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity practices; Experience with system administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization; Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
