• Spearhead the development, implementation and monitoring of Kaizen strategies and policies. • To provide effective leadership in achievement of KAIZEN mandate as enshrined in the Act and strategic plan. • To ensure efficient management of financial, material and human resources in order to achieve organizational objectives. • To ensure effective implementation of performance management systems in order to enhance productivity. • To discharge duties as an ex-officio member of the Board. • To effectively implement decisions of the Board. • To proactively lead in resource mobilization. • To develop and implement effective management systems, standards and procedures. • To formulate and implement KAIZEN advocacy and educational programmes. • To provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to advance Kaizen Institute’s vision and mission. • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Production Management or equivalent. • Possession of a Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage. • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar senior management position. • Ability to write analytical and technical reports. • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
