Procure to Pay Capturer

The Procure to Pay Capturer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement to payment process within the organization. Primary duties include processing purchase requisitions, verifying and validating supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely payments. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and adherence to company financial procedures. The position involves working closely with the finance team, procurement department, and external vendors to streamline payment cycles and maintain strong supplier relationships. The work environment is office-based within the Morogoro region, with occasional interactions with department heads to resolve discrepancies.

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, or finance roles; proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); strong numerical and analytical skills; excellent communication and organizational abilities; knowledge of Tanzanian financial regulations and tax compliance; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
