Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Programme at Safal Group offers an 18-month structured development journey designed to accelerate professional growth through business immersion and exposure to the company’s operations and value chain. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering; University Graduate with a maximum of two years' post-university experience; Maximum age of 28 years; At least B+ in KCSE; Strong academic record; Demonstrated leadership potential; Excellent communication skills; Ability to comprehend operational practices based on theories and models; Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
