• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers, addressing enquiries, and promoting products and services. • Receive, replenish, merchandise, and rotate stock to ensure product availability and compliance with merchandising standards. • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process customer transactions, and reconcile cash in accordance with company procedures. • Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, damaged goods, and expiry dates, and support stock counts and reconciliations. • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, food safety, and store presentation. • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and HSSE requirements. • Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives to drive sales performance. • Assist in minimizing stock losses through adherence to inventory control and loss prevention procedures. • High levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence. • Well-stocked, clean, and professionally merchandised retail environment. • Accurate inventory management and reduced stock variances. • Efficient processing of customer transactions with minimal errors. • Increased sales through effective product merchandising and customer engagement. • Compliance with operational, financial, food safety, and HSSE standards. • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
