The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, responsiveness and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments and reminders. Coordinate meetings, calls and engagements. Manage correspondence and routine communications. Arrange travel, accommodation, transportation and itineraries. Prepare documents, reports and meeting materials as required. Maintain accurate records, files and confidential documentation. Handle administrative and personal assignments delegated by the CEO. Follow up on tasks and requests with internal and external parties. Coordinate logistics for meetings and executive engagements. Screen and prioritize requests for the CEO’s attention. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements Bachelor’s degree/HND in a relevant discipline. 3–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar executive support role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
