Contract Admin and Customer Relation Officer

Job Description

The Contract Admin and Customer Relation Officer is responsible for preparing, drafting, reviewing, and managing sales agreements and related contractual documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role involves coordinating with legal advisors and internal departments to ensure smooth contract processing and execution, maintaining accurate records of contracts, amendments, renewals, cancellations, and related correspondence. The officer will monitor contract milestones, payment schedules, and deadlines to ensure timely fulfillment by all parties. Additionally, the role includes handling contract amendments, renewals, and cancellations as required, and ensuring clients clearly understand contract terms, payment schedules, project updates, and delivery timelines. The officer will also assist in preparing reports related to contract status, sales progress, payment follow-ups, and customer satisfaction metrics. As the primary point of contact for clients, the officer will serve from initial inquiry through post-sale support, follow up on outstanding payments, and provide regular status reports to supervisors. The role requires responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, emails, and phone calls, providing updates on project progress, after-sales services, and delivery schedules. Gathering customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction is also a key responsibility, along with building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in social science field of study; Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage; Proven experience in contract administration, executive assistance, administrative support, customer service, or sales support within the real estate; Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and contractual obligations; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail; Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally; Skills (mandatory): Communication, Attention to detail, Problem solving; Skills (desired): Adaptability, analytical skill
