• Comply with all Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures. • Conduct pre-task risk assessments and adhere to safe work practices. • Identify, report and follow up on hazards in assigned areas. • Participate in sectional safety inspections and HSE initiatives. • Execute scheduled conditions monitoring PM tasks as per weekly and monthly plans. • Perform vibration data collection using approved instruments (e.g., ADASH or equivalent). • Conducting laser shaft alignment and balancing activities under supervision where is required. • Perform Non-Destructive Testing (MPI, DPI, UT thickness testing) as assigned. • Support thermographic inspections where applicable. • Carry out shutdown supplementary inspections on critical equipment. • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Related Engineering field Proficiency in data analysis using appropriate Microsoft packages A member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) All academic qualifications and results must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA). • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Related Engineering field • Proficiency in data analysis using appropriate Microsoft packages • A member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) • All academic qualifications and results must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
