We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time What You'll Do Partner with leadership to align HR with business goals and drive workforce planning Lead recruitment, onboarding & continuous learning to build a future-ready team Champion employee engagement, conflict resolution & performance management Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety & employee wellness Design competitive compensation & benefits to attract and retain top talent Guide performance appraisals & improvement plans to develop high-performing teams What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in HR Management, Business Admin, Communications, or related 5+ years’ proven HR management experience Knowledge of statutory payments, labor laws & union relations Leadership skills that inspire and drive results Professional certifications is a plus.
