Sales Officer

Momeasy Enterprises, a professional manufacturer and distributor of baby and kid items with over 300 products in their portfolio, is seeking two fresher candidates for the position of Sales Officer. The role involves promoting and selling the company's products to retailers, wholesalers, and direct consumers, primarily targeting the baby and childcare market segment. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Sales Officer will work closely with the marketing team to gather market feedback and contribute to product development strategies. The position requires a proactive approach to meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; No prior work experience required as this is a fresher position; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Fluency in English and at least one local language (e.g., Luganda, Swahili); Valid driver's license and willingness to travel; Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
