• Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. • Responsible for the outbound of parts process including but not limited to delivery notes, loading of trucks etc. • Good understanding of Lean principals including development and implementation of process improvement initiatives • Participate and drive Lean activities in area of responsibility • Fully accountable for the accuracy of the out bounding process • One year certificate from college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
