We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Research Personnel Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Description Responsible for conducting research, gathering and analyzing data, and providing insights to support organizational decision-making, strategy, and planning. Responsibilities Conduct market, industry, or operational research as assigned Gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources Prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations for management Identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives Support strategic planning with data-driven recommendations Monitor competitors, industry developments, and best practices Maintain accurate records and documentation of research findings Collaborate with relevant departments to align research with business needs Ensure research methods and sources are credible and up to date Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related) A Master's degree is an added advantage Experience: 2–4 years' experience in research, data analysis, or a related role Skills: Strong research and analytical skills Data collection, interpretation, and reporting Proficiency in Excel, research/statistical tools, and internet research Attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving ther Requirements: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Objectivity and integrity in reporting findings Strong organizational skills for managing multiple research tasks.
