Business Development Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to promote and market the company’s IT solutions and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting IT products and services, managing client relationships, and supporting business growth through marketing and sales activities. Job descriptions & requirements: - Marketing the company’s IT products and services, including: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities - Meeting potential clients and presenting IT solutions - Preparing and delivering product presentations and proposals - Responding to client inquiries and preparing quotations - Managing and maintaining customer relationships - Working with technical teams to design solutions for clients - Conducting market research and identifying new markets - Participating in marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions - Preparing weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports - Maintaining a customer database and sales pipeline - Achieving sales and marketing targets

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Certification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage Minimum 3 -5 years’ experience in IT solutions sales or marketing Experience in selling IT products or services is highly preferred Strong marketing and sales skills Aggressive enough to close difficult opportunities Resilient enough to handle rejections Good understanding of IT solutions and services Excellent communication and presentation skills Proposal writing and documentation skills Customer relationship management skills Negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to meet sales targets Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems) Self-motivated and result-oriented Ability to work independently and in a team
