Qualification and Experience: · A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial and Organisational Psychology from a recognised university, with at least one year of relevant HR or internship experience; or a Diploma in Human Resource Management with at least two years of relevant experience. · Basic understanding of Ugandan employment practices and HR processes. · Good written and verbal communication skills. · Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and professional email communication. · Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. <
