Senior Data Associate - DevOps

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Associate specializing in DevOps to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support large-scale data processing and analytics. Key responsibilities include managing cloud-based data platforms, optimizing data workflows, ensuring data security and compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. The role requires a strong background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code (IaC). Additionally, the candidate will be expected to mentor junior team members, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data architecture.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, data engineering, or a related role; Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible); Experience with data pipeline tools (Airflow, Spark, Kafka); Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases; Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack); Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
