• Maintain accurate accounting records and books of accounts. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. • Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, petty cash, payroll and accounts payable/receivable. • Prepare annual budgets and monitor expenditure against approved budgets. • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax obligations. • Liaise with external auditors, banks, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders. • Maintain fixed asset and inventory registers. • Oversee procurement processes and ensure value for money. • Manage office administration, filing systems, and record keeping. • Support donor financial reporting and grant management where applicable. • Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and administrative procedures. • Perform any other duties assigned by the Centre Manager. • A Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage. • Must be a registered member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) with a valid membership certificate. • A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience in accounting and administration. Experience working with NGOs or donor-funded organisations will be an added advantage.
