• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or a related field. • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in transport, fleet or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • Sound understanding of transport operations, fleet management and road safety regulations. • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills. • Strong leadership and team supervision skills. • Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities. • Good knowledge of fleet management principles and transport compliance requirements • Experience supervising drivers and coordinating transport activities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and transport management systems is an added advantage. • High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
