WFP Consultant Level 2 (Additional Position)

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client requirements. Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes, designing solution architecture, conducting system configuration, and providing end-user training. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HR processes. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting system issues, performing data migrations, and ensuring compliance with best practices and industry standards. The consultant will also participate in requirement gathering sessions, create functional specifications, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration; Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning); Experience with HRIS implementations and data migration projects; Proficiency in configuration tools and methodologies; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus; Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
